La Perydiere is a stunning characterful stone farmhouse which sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms, the perfect holiday destination for family get togethers or groups of friends. With beautiful gardens, a large covered terrace, a saltwater pool, a boules court and uninterrupted views of the vines and hills beyond.
It is a house for all seasons; fires in the winter and cool a/c in the summer. There is plenty to do all year round; Olive and Grape harvests in the autumn, christmas markets in nearby AIX and Avignon, weekly markets and great cycling. During the spring and summer you can simply relax by the salt water pool, seek shade in the pool house as well as visit the many beaches, vineyards and provencal villages.
The farmhouse is situated centrally in the Cote D’Azur and easily accessible by air and rail; Nice and Marseille airport are approx 70 minutes away, Toulon airport 40minutes and Aix Provence TGV approx 60minutes.
The farmhouse is located only a 15minute walk (1.2 miles) from the village of Gonfaron which has a weekly market, couple of cafe-restaurants around the village square, pharmacy and bakery.
Ground Floor
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped farmhouse style eat in kitchen with an iron Godin gas range with wood fired oven and a/c.
A large comfortable and beautifully decorated living room with 2 sofas and a smart TV and a working fire, furnished with an eclectic mix of authentic french furniture and finds.
This leads onto a secondary seating area with 2 sofas and a cupboard of kids toys and books. A loo, overflow fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
To the rear of the farmhouse there is a large covered terrace with built in gas bbq, a large dining table which seats 12 and 2 outdoor sofas.
1st Floor
The first floor has one very large elegant master bedroom (empire bed) with high vaulted ceilings and exposed stone walls. The room has a/c and beautiful views of the mountains and vineyards. There is an en-suite bathroom with a roll top bath, shower and dressing area.

Bedroom 4 : Twin Bedroom with a/c. This shares the large family bathroom with bedroom 3.

The beautiful gardens invite you to lounge by the gated salt-water pool, relax in the shady pool house, play boules in the boules court, enjoy the view from the back covered terrace.
For the children
There are 2 travel cots, 2 highchairs, table football, boules court and a box of our own children toys and books. The house has Wifi and a Smart TV.
